Leonard Iheagwam, also going by the moniker SOLDIER has created several works ranging from paintings, prints, clothing, and sculptures that play around with the concept of Family, War, life, death, metaphors, symbolisms, past and the present centred around his explorations of disruptive camouflage patterns in his paintings and works.

The work is a series of limited edition prints of my new work, which focus on portraits of my eldest sister whom I spent most of my time growing up with in Lagos. She was about 3 years old in this picture, the picture captures her purity and innocence, my childhood and the person whom I spent the early years of life trying to understand.
This painting is a testament to the past. Both the good and bad.
